« Ne pas oublier Kropotkine ! » Encore une fois sur les emprunts interdisciplinaires

L’archéologie comprend l’étude des phénomènes qui, selon la classification académique traditionnelle, relèvent à la fois des sciences naturelles, des sciences sociales et des disciplines humanistes. Cette circonstance pose des problèmes épistémologiques spécifiques et conduit inévitablement à la nécessité de réfléchir aux interactions interdisciplinaires. Par ailleurs, se pose la question de la pertinence sociale du savoir archéologique et des finalités de la recherche. Cet article propose une approche de la recherche archéologique fondée sur une vision du monde comme une unité, constituée à la fois de phénomènes naturels et sociaux, dans une quête de solutions alternatives aux problèmes du monde contemporain. La vie et l’œuvre de Pierre Kropotkine, naturaliste et révolutionnaire, offrent l’inspiration dans cette perspective.
