Концепт ризичног окружења и чиниоца ризика у sоцијално епидемиолошком проучавању јавног здравља

Роудсов концепт ризичног окружења постао је доминантно хеуристичко средство у социјално епидемолошком бављењу проблематиком везаном за HIV/AIDS и HCV у деценији након објављивања првог теоријског рада (2002) посвећеног том концепту. Иако је дати концепт коришћен у бројним радовима који су се тицали наведене социјално епидемиолошке проблематике, није извршена његова теоријска разрада у смислу јаснијег истицања чиниоца ризика, као кључног дела тог концепта, нити су разрађене могуће примене на разноврснију тематику која се тиче јавног здравља, са нагласком на вулнерабилност, маргиналност и маргинализованост – што представља предмет и задатак овог текста.
